Oreos
Raspberry Linzers
Meringues

Hot glue a cardboard base

Stitch them all together at the top while applying a line of hot glue to the inner edge of each "petal".  Add a little stuffing before closing up the last one.

Jesse Tree Ornaments

To go with The Jesus Storybook Bible. They uploaded out of order and since I am using an iPad it’s probably easier to type the list than move the photos.

  1. Bible
  2. Sun and moon
  3. Apple and serpent
  4. Ark and rainbow
  5. Tower of Babel
  6. Stars
  7. Ram
  8. Girl holding heart
  9. Coat of many colors
  10. Burning bush
  11. Red Sea
  12. Ten Commandments
  13. Jericho trumpet
  14. Pitcher of anointing oil
  15. Slingshot
  16. Sheep
  17. Mended heart
  18. Parchment and feather pen
  19. Lion
  20. Whale
  21. Treasure chest

All are made from felt, mostly cut using dies and a cuttlebug.
All are hand sewn. The ribbon loop is hot glued between layers. (I didn’t find craft glue to be very effective.)
I also printed, laminated and bound a little reading guide to go with it.
Finished in time for Advent, 2019 and given to Holly’s family.

Stitched slots pocket set

  • The envelope is an 8.5” square scored at 3 1/4 and 3 1/8.
  • I also have gift card envelopes: 4.5 inch squares scored at 2” and 1-3/8”
  • Tags are from the Bo Bunny Nested Terrific Tags set.
  • Bakers twine ties (I’ll get hemp ties on the kraft paper set)
  • Pocket card is from Matty’s Crafting Joy Stitched Slots Pocket set.
  • Paper is generated from this awesome site https://spacefem.com/scrapbook/
Note- there is a thin line of glue at the bottom of the middle pocket but not the top one. Gluing the top one made it too shallow to be useful.
