Free digital Scrapbook Paper Generator
This site is one of my favorite resources for paper crafting! For the background color, you can choose from one of their colors or use a HEX code to use your own. From there, it will generate your color with MANY different pattern choices - all free and public domain. Paisleys, chevrons, plaid, argyle, stripes, flowers, dots, textures ... It's so wonderful!
The site was down for quite awhile, but I kept going back periodically and was finally rewarded!
